Three carriers and a 2 Tbps international cleaning node

We carry customer traffic through our peering points in Bursa, Istanbul and Sofia. At these points we exchange traffic directly with the networks we peer with. The route is shorter, and the source of the traffic can be distinguished.

The center of our backbone is the DGN point in our Bursa data center. There we peer with Türk Telekom, Turkcell and Vodafone.

We operate three peering points in Istanbul. Esenyurt connects to Bursa over two circuits and peers with Atlantis, Euronet, Netspeed, Regpex, Vodafone and Turkcell. Levent connects to Bursa and peers with Euronet and Turknet. Dudullu connects to both Esenyurt and Bursa, and peers with Cloudflare, Turknet, Regpex, Microsoft and Facebook.

Abroad, both of our points are in Sofia. Telepoint connects to Esenyurt and peers with Turkix. S3C connects to Telepoint and peers with Amazon, Cloudflare, Google and MSN.

Traffic that originates abroad is cleaned at our foreign node, which has 2 Tbps of capacity. Only clean traffic is delivered to Turkey. On request, foreign access can also be closed for a chosen IP address. The backbone is built on Juniper equipment as a Layer3 network, and customer networks are kept separate. When unexpected traffic appears, the affected IP is moved into the protection layer automatically.
